At the 2025 esomar Trends Horizon Conference in Washintgon, DC, Women in Research (WIRe) announced Dana Keilman (CEO of Morning Light Strategy) as the recipient of its 2025 MRX Diversity Champion Award (Gold).

Presented annually, WIRe's Diversity Champion Award recognizes leaders in the insights industry who are creating meaningful change by embedding equity, inclusion, and representation into research practice.
The award celebration was hosted in partnership with esomar and FUEL + The Focus Room.
Dana was recognized for her work to elevate the voices of older adults and caregivers - groups often underrepresented in consumer research and marketing conversations. Through her leadership at Morning Light Strategy, Dana has helpd brands, agencies, and organizations across industries see aging not as a niche, but as a powerful lens for understanding consumer needs and behaviors.
